"We have specialists with us, specialists for all kinds of different scenarios, when we are leading, when we are chasing a game, a result," he said.
The coach reiterated the team's strategic identity heading into the tournament, focusing heavily on dead-ball situations and efficiency from the penalty spot.
"We've always said we want to be a strong set-piece team, so we have specialists for that, and we want to be a strong penalty team, we have specialists for that," said Tuchel.
Regarding the temporary inclusion of developmental players, Tuchel confirmed: "We will take some young players to train with us and keep the squad the size we need."
He praised the attitude of Alex Scott, who accepted the invitation to support the camp despite missing out on the primary 26-man tournament roster.
"But I'm happy these guys are with us, especially Alex who was on the list of 55 and had a disappointing phone call that he didn't make the first cut.
But the reaction of him was outstanding, the wish to be in pre-camp and close to the team, it wasn't even a question for him," Tuchel said.
He concluded: "I'm glad he's with us because it was a close call and he has a chance to get a first camp."
