Two Toronto Blue Jays prospects have swept the Northwest League's weekly honors for the High-A Vancouver Canadians.
Outfielder Alexis Hernandez was named Player of the Week, while right-handed pitcher Nolan Perry earned Pitcher of the Week on May 25, 2026.

This marks the second time this season that Vancouver Canadians players have claimed both weekly awards simultaneously. Tucker Toman and Daniel Guerra previously achieved the feat in mid-April.
Perry's Dominant Outing
Perry earned his award after a start on May 20, 2026, where he threw five scoreless innings, allowing just one hit and one walk.
He recorded 10 strikeouts, his second consecutive appearance with double-digit strikeouts.
The 22-year-old lowered his ERA to 0.60 over 15 innings since joining the Canadians.
Combined with his Single-A stats, he has a 1.25 ERA with 60 strikeouts in 36 innings this season.
Hernandez's Big Week
Hernandez collected his first career weekly honor after batting . 480 with three home runs, five doubles, and eight RBIs in 30 plate appearances.

His week included a two-homer game and a grand slam at Avista Stadium.
The 23-year-old raised his season average by 42 points to . 292/.
