Seca noted that Dunn functions primarily as a goal scorer while Sisco excels as a playmaker, giving the franchise a balanced combination of right-handed offensive talents.
"When he played up with Tri-City, you could see his hockey sense and creativity and his intelligence," Seca said.
The front office prioritized finalizing the contracts early in the summer to allow both prospects to focus on off-season training.
"Let's just lock this up and let him train all summer knowing where he's at," Seca said.
Sting scouts originally monitored Sisco during his draft year with the Mid Fairfield 15U AAA Rangers before finalizing his acquisition after observing his recent physical growth and dominant performances.
"You look back over the years in that league and with the numbers that he's put up, we fully anticipate he's going to be someone that can be helpful for us next year," Seca said.
Seca reiterated that securing elite offensive depth remains crucial as the organization prepares for a highly competitive season.

"We fell in love with his hockey sense and offensive creativity," he said.
The management chose to lock down Sisco immediately rather than risk losing his rights to competing developmental programs.
"We think he's just a player, similar to Myles, you just can't have enough of the talent.
And being a right shot is an important element as well," Seca said.
The standard agreements guarantee both players will report directly to Sarnia for the start of the 2026-27 pre-season training sessions.
