Gladon recorded five goals in just under 1,000 minutes of Eredivisie playtime during the previous season.
Experience and Expectations
Technical Director Peter Maas expressed high expectations for the veteran forward on the club website, noting that Gladon brings extensive experience from both foreign leagues and the second division.
Gladon previously accumulated 30 goals over two seasons early in his career with FC Dordrecht and Sparta Rotterdam, alongside 33 career goals in the Eredivisie for various clubs.
"Paul kan natuurlijk zelf belangrijk worden met zijn spel, maar wij verwachten ook dat hij de andere, veelal jonge, aanvallers sterker kan maken," said Maas.
