The current managerial setup under Sellami utilizes a 3-4-3 formation designed to maximize rapid transitions, though the squad is missing key striker Yazan Al-Naimat due to an ACL injury sustained in December.
"I basically witnessed a strategic goal evolving from blueprints on drawing board into a tangible result," said Arqawi.
The structural changes culminated in historic victories during the 2023 Asian Cup, where Jordan defeated Iraq and South Korea before losing the final 3-1 to tournament hosts Qatar.
"I observed top level talent management, and operational optimisation. It was a transformation built on lean management and restructuring of priorities and resources," said Arqawi.

Jordanian officials emphasized that the current squad represents a highly disciplined unit capable of competing against elite international teams despite regional challenges.
"In a nutshell, I witnessed how everything that had been right for many years needed just to be fine-tuned and arranged into its ideal form to achieve its full potential," said Arqawi.
The national team is scheduled to face Algeria on June 22 before concluding their Group J group stage campaign against reigning world champions Argentina in Dallas on June 27.
"Jordanian players are known for determination and resilience. We do not allow anyone to surpass us," said Mousa Al-Tamari, Jordan winger.
Head coach Sellami, who previously represented Morocco at the 1998 World Cup, took charge in August 2024 and guided Jordan to the 2025 Arab Cup final before securing their historic World Cup spot.
"Facing [Lionel] Messi is a unique experience.
This represents a great challenge for our players, and we have our specific setup for each stage because before the Argentina match, we have two other very important matches.
The match against Messi will require special preparation," said Jamal Sellami, Jordan head coach.
Sellami maintained that domestic support and organizational alignment played a fundamental role in overcoming initial competitive hurdles during the Asian qualifiers.
