Seattle Mariners outfielder Julio Rodriguez exited Wednesday's game against the Baltimore Orioles prematurely due to an apparent injury sustained after striking out in the sixth inning.
The three-time All-Star went 1-for-3 with a double and a run scored before being replaced in right field by Rob Refsnyder at the start of the seventh inning.

Rodriguez was seen discussing an issue with head athletic trainer Kyle Torgerson in the dugout before retreating to the home clubhouse.
Milestone Achieved Before Exit
Prior to his departure, the 25-year-old reached his 125th career double.
According to Sportradar, he became the third-fastest player in major league history to record 125 home runs, 125 doubles, and 125 stolen bases, doing so in 665 games.

Only Ronald Acuna Jr. (591 games) and Alfonso Soriano (643 games) reached that mark faster.
Rodriguez's potential absence adds to Seattle's injury woes. The Mariners placed outfielder Randy Arozarena on the 10-day injured list Tuesday with a left hamstring strain.
Additionally, corner outfielder Luke Raley sat out Wednesday with lower back tightness, and first baseman Josh Naylor was sidelined due to right wrist soreness.
