A severe thunderstorm forced the early termination of rapper Lil Kleine's concert at the Olympisch Stadion in Amsterdam on Saturday evening, June 27, 2026.
The performance was halted shortly after 10:00 p. m.

when the artist told the crowd that the event could not continue due to a code orange weather warning from the Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (KNMI).
Initial assessments by stadium officials suggested the venue was outside the danger zone, but the storm arrived much faster than anticipated.
Brief panic broke out in the front section as attendees tried to exit quickly.
Safe Evacuation Despite Rapid Storm
Concert organizer Mitchell Bovenlander of 4PM Entertainment stated that the managed crowd outflow was executed effectively despite the fears of attendees.
Staggered exits were necessary to avoid dangerous bottlenecks within the stadium, he explained.
"We communicated via screens and a public address system when people could go outside. Eventually, everyone was out quickly.

In some places, people had to wait, but it did not lead to major accidents," Bovenlander said.
The decision to halt the show came after nearly 90 minutes of performance, just short of the scheduled one-hour-and-forty-five-minute duration.
Organizers continuously monitored the rapidly shifting weather front moving over Amsterdam.
"We monitored that continuously. We saw it coming quite abruptly.
Then we decided to end the show.
That happened after 1.5 hours, while the concert was supposed to last an hour and three-quarters, so we are glad we were able to finish most of it," Bovenlander added.

Prior to the event, stadium director Carla de Groot had informed local media that the concert was cleared to proceed based on early meteorological data, which was later contradicted by the sudden arrival of the storm.
