S. and Canadian theaters.
The DC Studios production added $30 million from overseas territories, bringing its global debut total to $68 million.
The film, directed by Craig Gillespie and produced by James Gunn, faced critical and audience resistance.
It earned a 56% freshness rating on Rotten Tomatoes and a "B-" CinemaScore.
