France advanced to the World Cup Round of 16 after a dominant 3-0 win over Sweden in their last-32 match in New Jersey.

Mbappe Leads the Way
The French team controlled the match from the start, hitting the woodwork twice and testing Swedish goalkeeper Jacob Widell Zetterstrom.
Mbappe broke the deadlock just before halftime, after an earlier goal was disallowed for offside.
Early in the second half, Bradley Barcola doubled the lead with a finish from a Michael Olise through pass.

Olise then provided another assist for Mbappe to score his second goal in the 74th minute.
Mbappe's sixth goal of the tournament tied him with Lionel Messi at the top of the scoring chart.
Defender Malo Gusto made an appearance, replacing right-back Jules Kounde right after Mbappe's second goal to help secure the clean sheet.
