"The issue has never been accommodation," Archewell told Fox News Digital.
The organization questioned how the current security framework could be validated without the scheduled independent assessment.
"The issue is whether appropriate and proportionate protective security is being provided throughout the entirety of the visit," Archewell added.
The representatives expressed difficulty understanding how current safety provisions can be properly maintained without a formal evaluation.
"The independent Risk Management Board that RAVEC itself decided was necessary last November has still not taken place.
It is therefore difficult to understand how the proportionality of the current arrangements can credibly be maintained without that independent assessment," Archewell stated.

Royal Estate Offer and Family Dynamics
Royal commentator Kate Nicholl told Fox News Digital that Buckingham Palace had offered the family secure accommodation on a royal estate, which automatically includes round-the-clock taxpayer-funded police protection.
"Harry knows that he doesn't have automatic right to taxpayer-funded police protection when he's over here in the UK," Nicholl said.
Nicholl explained that King Charles III was aware of the scheduling and was highly receptive to hosting the family at a royal residence.
"Now, this trip has been several months in the planning. The king was made aware of it," Nicholl said.
The commentator noted that the automated taxpayer-funded security coverage applies specifically to official royal properties rather than general travel.
