According to social media footage, Mexican fans gathered on a street near the hotel to chant, play music, and set off fireworks.
However, early indications from the England camp suggest the efforts had minimal impact on the players' sleep, the BBC reported.
Authorities deployed heavily equipped officers to secure the perimeter of the accommodation, pushing back anyone attempting to approach.
Heightened Security After Previous Complaint
The security response follows a formal noise complaint submitted to FIFA by Ecuador last week.

Mexican supporters had disrupted Ecuador's preparations using loudspeakers, horns, and motorbikes before their 2-0 defeat.
The England squad encountered a mix of cheers and jeers from the public while departing their hotel for a training session under increased police protection on Saturday.
England boss Thomas Tuchel dismissed concerns about the team's reception in the host nation, describing the local public as "friendly and respectful" during their stay.
