Integrated Booking for Seamless Travel
The Package Visa streamlines entry procedures by combining multiple travel components into one integrated purchase.
Eligible tourists can now obtain their visa, flights, and hotel in a single step.
The program is a collaborative effort involving the Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Interior, and the Insurance Authority.
It builds on existing digital entry systems such as the e-Visa, visa on arrival, and Stopover Transit Visa.
In 2025, these systems collectively attracted 29.3 million international travelers.

Authorities expect the new pilot to lower administrative hurdles, encourage longer stays, and improve holiday conversion rates, particularly for large source markets like India, which sent 3.4 million visitors to the Kingdom in 2024.
Minister of Tourism Ahmed Al-Khateeb emphasized the program's role in enhancing accessibility. “Saudi Arabia's tourism story has always been about ambition, openness and continuous progress.
With the Package Visa, we are taking the next step: empowering our travel and tourism partners, simplifying the journey for visitors, and creating a smarter, more seamless way to experience Saudi Arabia,” he said.
To participate in the pilot phase, tourism operators must offer digital booking services and provide 24/7 customer and technical support.
