Coinbase has become the headline sponsor for the Mid-Season Invitational (MSI) 2026, introducing official crypto-native prediction markets verified by Riot Games and LoL Esports.
The tournament features elite teams from the LCK, LPL, LEC, and LCS, with bracket stages taking place around July 4–6, 2026.

South Korean powerhouse T1 advanced through the bracket stage, where player Peyz executed a viral dragon steal against G2 Esports, denying them an Infernal Soul buff and shifting the series momentum.
T1 Keeps Drafts Under Wraps
Following the bracket matches, T1 jungler Mun “Oner” Hyeon-jun revealed that the team is deliberately holding back certain strategic compositions to preserve a competitive advantage for higher-stakes stages.
“We have meticulously prepared additional draft strategies,” Oner said.
