"This is a crazy sight to see," said Jalen Conaway, a witness. He noted that the community had never experienced an accident of this magnitude before.

"I've never seen cars get damaged like this before... let alone in this area.

It's just crazy to see," Conaway said.

Maryland Governor Wes Moore released a statement on social media confirming that his administration was tracking the developments and coordinating with local emergency teams.

"Dawn and I are keeping everyone impacted in our hearts and prayers.

We are deeply grateful for our first responders who acted with speed and skill to ensure the safety of our neighbors.

We've been in close coordination with local officials to provide any support needed on the ground," Moore said.

Baltimore County Executive Kathy Klausmeier also issued an official statement commending the synchronized regional rescue operations.

"I want to thank our fire, EMS, and police crews for their swift response and care to those injured.

We will keep them and their families in our prayers," Klausmeier said.
