"We are working very closely with the councillor and the city managers' department to comply with all the new motions that were passed which do include reviewing our plans to date and some additional mitigating factors that we can possibly enact, and reviewing all the engineering plans we've already completed to date," said a Live Nation spokesperson.

More than 428,000 attendees visited Rogers Stadium across the first ten events of the summer season.
Operations officials emphasized that enhanced public transit options, including dedicated shuttle services to Wilson Station, reduced exit timelines to 45 minutes during peak capacity events.
"Transit continues to be the best way to get to and from Rogers Stadium," said a Live Nation spokesperson.
Transit usage among event attendees exceeded fifty percent, helping limit road congestion surrounding the Downsview neighborhood.
"More than half of our concert goers are choosing public transit, which has helped reduce congestion in and around the venue," said a Live Nation spokesperson.
Operational updates made this season significantly improved exit times for attendees leaving the venue area compared to the previous year.
"Additional subways and buses on concert nights have made a meaningful difference in keeping people moving after the show.
Last year, it was an hour to just over an hour to get people out of here and this year even at our peak periods, where we've seen our sell-out crowds, it's taken no longer than 45 minutes," said a Live Nation spokesperson.
For the BTS tour dates, early or overnight queuing will remain prohibited, but the venue grounds will open early on show days.

Live Nation scheduled a dedicated merchandise shopping day on August 21 to reduce concert-day lineups and planned an "in the round" center-stage configuration for the performances.
