Buick has introduced the all-electric version of its Electra L7 sedan in China, but the model will not be sold in the United States.
The Electra L7 EV delivers 378 horsepower and a claimed driving range of over 435 miles (700 km) on China's CLTC cycle.

It rides on an 800-volt electrical architecture that supports 6C charging speeds, allowing the battery to accept current at six times its capacity.
The lithium-iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack is sourced from SAIC, though its exact capacity has not been disclosed.
Chinese buyers can also opt for a range-extender (EREV) version, which pairs a turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine with a 40.2 kWh LFP battery.
Design and Dimensions
The Electra L7 measures 5,032 mm (198.1 in) long, 1,952 mm (76.9 in) wide, and 1,499 mm (59.0 in) or 1,507 mm (59.3 in) tall, depending on configuration, with a wheelbase of 3,000 mm (118.1 in).
