Haiti's Perspective
Haiti's manager Sebastien Migne highlighted the historical significance of the fixture for his team, which had only made one prior tournament appearance in 1974.
"We've got everything to gain in a match like this.
It's been 52 years since we last featured in a World Cup, and now we're up against Brazil – we've got to live up to our fans' expectations," Migne said.
Migne expressed hope that the squad would deliver a performance to satisfy their home country.
"It's a privilege to be here and I hope we can make the Haitian people proud of us," he said.
The Haitian manager noted the massive impact a potential victory would have across his nation.
"It would be absolute madness in Haiti if we won this match," Migne said.
