The Oklahoma City Thunder have traded guard Aaron Wiggins to the Atlanta Hawks, acquiring two future second-round draft picks in return, according to a report by ESPN's Shams Charania.
The deal, finalized on Sunday, June 21, 2026, sends Atlanta's 2030 second-round pick and the least favorable of the Hawks' or Los Angeles Lakers' 2032 second-round selections to Oklahoma City.

Wiggins, 27, averaged 9.4 points and 3.1 rebounds in 65 games during the 2025-26 season as a reserve.
He was part of the Thunder's 2025 NBA Championship-winning squad.

Before the trade was completed, the Brooklyn Nets had also shown interest in acquiring Wiggins, reportedly exploring a deal that could move them into the top ten of the upcoming draft.
NBA insider Brett Siegel noted that a potential trade could have sent Wiggins, the No. 12 pick, and the No. 17 pick to Brooklyn for the No. 6 selection, depending on the availability of prospect Mikel Brown.

The acquisition is the Hawks' second roster move of the day, following a one-year, $21-million contract extension for veteran guard CJ McCollum.
