Addressing rumors regarding his personal health, the television figure asserted that he has remained free from hard drugs for the past four years.

Because of that, I jump from one thing to another less quickly and I no longer have a need for drugs.

Smit additionally shared updates regarding his personal life, including an unsuccessful application to participate in the popular reality matchmaking television series Boer Zoekt Vrouw.
"I responded to the call from farmer Joey, the handsome horse farmer from Friesland," said Smit.
Despite the rejection from the television production, Smit noted that he continues to maintain an active romantic life outside of his primary residence.
"I have sex with a window cleaner almost every day.
That is a man from North Holland who just has a wife, but likes doing it with a man," said Smit.
Smit concluded by clarifying that his mobile home remains strictly off-limits for any of his private encounters.
"We don't have sex in my caravan," said Smit.
He emphasized that the vehicle serves strictly as a private sanctuary.
