The 40th edition of L'International des Feux Loto-Québec will illuminate Montreal's sky from July 2 to August 6, 2026, at La Ronde.
The annual pyrotechnic competition features six competing countries and two tribute performances.

All shows begin at 10 p. m.
from Sainte-Helene Island, east of the Jacques-Cartier Bridge. Quebec firm Laser-Quantum will provide five-minute laser displays each night.
Organizers are seeking 19 fireworks enthusiasts to form this year's official jury. Rythme serves as the official broadcaster, providing musical accompaniment.
"We are pleased to present the 40th edition, an event that showcases the Montreal region," said Eric Meunier, Director of Corporate Social Engagement at Loto-Québec.
He acknowledged efforts to reduce the event's environmental impact.

The schedule opens with a 40th-anniversary celebration on July 2, followed by displays from Hungary (July 9), Italy (July 12), China (July 16), Canada (July 23), the United States (July 26), and Australia (July 30).
The event closes on August 6 with a tribute show.
Local authorities will close Notre-Dame Street East, the Jacques-Cartier Bridge, and Sainte-Marie neighborhood streets starting at 8 p.
m. on event nights.
