Palantir Technologies has introduced a new intelligent engine that leverages NVIDIA Nemotron open models to deliver secure, customized artificial intelligence for United States government agencies operating in air-gapped environments.

The system, launched on June 29, 2026, enables federal operators to run tailored AI models on their own infrastructure, training on specialized data while retaining full ownership of model weights and operational knowledge.

This initiative combines Palantir's Sovereign AI Operating System with the NVIDIA AI Enterprise software suite to enforce explicit data authorization and complete auditability across sectors such as healthcare, agriculture, and transportation.

Surf Air Mobility Integration

Palantir's AI platform has also been integrated into the commercial aviation sector, anchoring Surf Air Mobility Inc.'s expanding technology ecosystem.

Surf Air Mobility recently secured Wheels Up as the launch customer for its Enterprise BrokerOS platform under a two-to-three-year agreement projected to generate up to $12 million in subscription revenue.

The aviation company is partnering with BETA Technologies to conduct a six-to-eight-week operational demonstration of the ALIA CTOL electric aircraft in Hawaiʻi using the Mokulele network.

This regional campaign, supported by Hawaiian Airlines, includes establishing a new maintenance, repair, and overhaul facility intended to serve as the factory-authorized hub for BETA aircraft in the state.

The software and electrification deals drove a 35.27 percent intraday spike in Surf Air Mobility's stock, trading under the NYSE ticker SRFM, despite the company carrying negative margins and balance-sheet stress from the previous quarter.

Financial educator Tim Sykes commented, "Small gains add up over time; focus on building wealth gradually, not chasing jackpots."

He noted that the company's tight liquidity and heavy operational losses mean the equity currently trades heavily on short-term catalysts and momentum rather than long-term fundamental metrics.
