Jas Singh, Lloyds Banking Group’s chief executive of consumer relationships, said customers will keep everything they know and love today, including the same app design, branch staff, sort code, and account number.

Customers do not need to take action and will be contacted directly regarding the upcoming changes.

Singh added that as Lloyds customers, they will get the best innovation and experiences the bank offers.

The bank confirmed it remains committed to Yorkshire and the Humber, maintaining its office at Trinity Road where approximately 3,000 employees are currently based.

Esther Dijkstra, managing director of intermediaries at Lloyds Banking Group, said brokers play a vital role in helping customers navigate important financial decisions.

She noted that existing login details, broker support teams, and business development managers will remain unchanged during the transition.
