Land Rover has unveiled the 2027 Discovery, featuring a new mid-level Landmark Edition and the removal of the entry-level four-cylinder engine.
The Landmark Edition slots between the S and Tempest trims, celebrating the Discovery heritage with a unique Tasman Blue paint inspired by the original model's Clearwater Blue.

It also includes Carpathian Grey skid plates, Graphite Atlas accents on the grille and fender vents, and 21-inch alloy wheels with a Dark Agate Grey finish.
Inside, the Landmark Edition offers puddle lights projecting a Mountain graphic, matching sill plates, dark grey brushed aluminum trim, Tech Velour door panels, a panoramic sunroof, and a center console refrigerator.
Pricing starts at $70,800, with standard features like air suspension, a black contrast roof, a power liftgate, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, an 11.4-inch infotainment system, and an 11-speaker Meridian audio system.

Four-Cylinder Discontinued
The base Discovery S now starts at $64,900 and drops the turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine.
It comes standard with a turbocharged 3.0-liter Ingenium inline-six producing 355 hp (265 kW / 360 PS), enabling a 0-60 mph time of 6.2 seconds and a top speed of 130 mph (209 km/h).

The range-topping Discovery Tempest, starting at $84,300, receives minor updates including a new Borasco Grey paint option, updated upholstery, and massaging front seats with driver memory function.
