Cobb also called for investigations into stock trades worth between $220 million and $750 million, including shares of major government contractors, alongside foreign transactions.
The White House has denied all allegations of financial conflicts of interest.
Press secretary Karoline Leavitt affirmed that the president and his family have never engaged in conflicts of interest.

Trump acknowledged the political risks of losing the House majority during a legislative retreat.
"You gotta win the midterms, because if we don’t win the midterms, it’s just gonna be … I mean, they’ll find a reason to impeach me," Trump told lawmakers.
Former US attorney Barbara McQuade highlighted several areas requiring oversight, including foreign gifts and Justice Department usage.
"Trump’s acceptance of emoluments, such as the plane from Qatar, his solicitation of donations for his ballroom from government contractors, and the apparent cottage industry around the pardon power are all worthy of investigation," McQuade said.
Former inspector general Michael Bromwich noted resource allocation will be a challenge due to the volume of misconduct allegations within the Justice Department.
"Since day one, the Trump administration has engaged in conduct that has no parallel in any previous administration," Bromwich said.
Former Republican Representative Charlie Dent anticipated swift action from the judiciary committee regarding Justice Department prosecutions and business deals.
Harvard government professor Steven Levitsky pointed out that the actions represent major challenges to constitutional norms.
"When a leader abuses his power, attempts to steal an election and sells out to foreign governments, he needs to be investigated," Levitsky stated.
Former Federal Election Commission general counsel Larry Noble raised concerns over the preservation of democratic institutions.
"The breadth and depth of the corruption that is the hallmark of Trump’s second term seems unrivaled in our history," Noble remarked.

Bromwich added that a critical question remains whether the administration will break established political norms by refusing to cooperate with congressional oversight.
