All England Club chief executive Sally Bolton confirmed that comprehensive measures were established to handle the temperature spike for players, staff, and guests.
"We've had a bit of practise, particularly last year, but over the week before the championships (as well), and we've got our usual measures in place," Bolton said.
Tournament management maintained that official protocols, including a specific player heat rule allowing a 10-minute break when the wet bulb globe temperature reaches 30.1C or higher, remain active if conditions worsen.
