British Prime Minister Andy Burnham met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on July 27, 2026, marking his first international visit since taking office a week prior.
During the meeting, Burnham announced the sharing of intellectual property for the UK's Stone Cloak electronic warfare system.

The two leaders visited a UK naval base where Burnham confirmed that sharing the technology will allow Ukraine to manufacture the tablet-sized jamming devices at scale to protect drones from Russian detection.
Downing Street confirmed that following frontline deployment, the jammer technology will be integrated into future long-range British weapons, including low-cost cruise missiles developed under Project Brakestop.
The UK has provided £25 billion in military funding since the conflict began four years ago.
During the visit, both heads of state met over 200 Ukrainian military personnel completing three weeks of training in Exercise Sea Breeze, an initiative focused on Black Sea counter-mine operations and combat readiness.

In a public statement issued ahead of the naval base tour, the British Prime Minister reaffirmed his government's long-term commitment to Eastern European security.
"Stone Cloak is the best of homegrown British innovation and proven on the frontline, and it will be vital to protecting our security in both our countries," said Andy Burnham.
The meeting comes after former Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer pledged £255 million in additional aid during a final visit to Kyiv, where Zelensky expressed caution over political transitions in Western allied nations.

"My support for Ukraine is unwavering - it is 100%," said Burnham.
