Addressing the acute grief of the split, Hamilton reflected on the intense emotional hardship.
“There were a few moments I didn’t know if I was going to live, OK?
As you find out new information, that feeling of not being able to live gets pretty strong,” she said.
She cited coping tools like meditation, mentorship, medication, social connections, and music for her recovery.
“The stuff that is going on in your life, you did not ask for. You didn’t ask for any of this stuff.
But not only are you taking what has been shoved up your butt, but you’re also doing life.
Because you have to,” Hamilton said.
Hamilton reaffirmed her resilience despite ongoing challenges.
“You may be able to distract me from my joy [but] you cannot have it,” she said.
She also shared positive updates regarding redecorating her living space with floral wallpaper.
“One thing I’ve enjoyed is feminizing my house,” Hamilton said.
Hamilton addressed headline coverage surrounding her private life during a June 30 update.
“Why is it that everything sad I say gotta be news?” she said.
She offered a humorous alternative headline to shift focus away from salacious reports.
“How about, ‘Jen Hamilton’s ass won’t quit — and neither will she?’” Hamilton said.
On July 22, 2026, Hamilton launched a merchandise line titled "The Sisterhood of Solidarity" to assist women undergoing major life changes.
“One thing I have recognized through this whole process is that I am so fortunate to be able to get out of a situation that I didn’t need to be in because I had the resources to do so,” she said.
She stressed that financial limitations prevent many women from leaving bad circumstances.
“So many women do not have that,” Hamilton said.
All proceeds from the collection are slated for charities aiding vulnerable women.
