In other events on night four, Australia secured seven gold medals, taking their total tally to 23 for the meet.
Meg Harris won the women's 100m freestyle in 52.90 seconds, touching ahead of teammate Mollie O'Callaghan, who finished with silver at 53.25 seconds.
"It's my first [win] in the individual 100m freestyle, so I couldn't be happier with that result," Harris said.
O'Callaghan, who has been managing a back injury during the competition, praised her teammate's performance following the race.
"Meg absolutely killed it tonight," O'Callaghan said. "I'm just so happy to be here.
After my 200 [freestyle], I didn't feel like myself. You've got to adapt at the end of the day.
Meg has killed it this year."
Harrison Turner earned silver in the 200m butterfly, Jenna Forrester won the 400m individual medley, and Alex Perkins took gold in the women's 100m butterfly.

Australia's 4x200m freestyle relay team also claimed victory, finishing 7.57 seconds ahead of England.
