Lennon Dismisses 'Master vs Apprentice' Narrative
Lennon, who took over Dunfermline 14 months ago after managing Celtic starting in 2010, dismissed characterizations of the matchup as a battle between a master and an apprentice.
"It would be surreal considering how long I've known [Martin], what he's done for my career and what influence he's had on me," Lennon said.
The 54-year-old manager noted that his age makes the apprentice label inaccurate despite the significant history shared between the two leaders.
