Colorado briefly responded in the fourth and fifth innings, scoring three runs including a two-run home run by Tyler Freeman.

UreƱa recovered in the sixth and finished with seven strikeouts.

Infielder Vaughn Grissom extended the lead with a two-run home run in the bottom of the fourth, finishing with three RBIs and two runs scored.

"It's sick," Grissom said, expressing excitement about performing well at home after earlier struggles at Angel Stadium.

The Angels added more runs in the fifth and sixth innings to seal the victory.

"The last three games, including the last game in Tampa... definitely was tough.

But, I think having a night like tonight where everything kind of clicked and everybody did their part...

Got that good feeling going into the next series," Suzuki said.
