Davidovich will face American Ethan Quinn in the championship match. Quinn is also seeking his first career ATP title.
The win marks a turnaround for Davidovich, who recently ended a controversial partnership with coach Mariano Puerta at Roland Garros.
He has since begun working with Pepo Clavet for the grass-court swing.
Earlier in the tournament, Davidovich defeated Adam Walton 6-4, 7-5 in his opening match. He then beat grass-court specialist Grigor Dimitrov in straight sets, 6-3, 6-3.
“Today was a tough match.

I knew he was a very aggressive player, so I had to hit all the balls deep because if he came to the net, he was very dangerous.
So I reset my mentality after the first set,” Davidovich said during his on-court interview.
The final presents an opportunity for Davidovich to break a five-match losing streak in ATP finals.
He previously lost close finals in Delray Beach against Miomir Kecmanovic and in Washington against Alex de Minaur.
