"With my profile, everything fits there and maybe as a box-to-box midfielder.

But I've been enjoying left-back and it has got me here now to a World Cup," O'Reilly said.

He explained that the tactical system utilized by the coaching staff allows him to naturally migrate toward central areas during matches.

"When playing at left back I have been playing in the middle for most of it anyway so it's not like I am playing as a traditional left back.

Even with England, I am still coming inside and allowed to drift in and drift out wide so it is a bit more relaxed," O'Reilly stated.

Defender Dan Burn echoed these sentiments, drawing on his previous experience working alongside Barry during an earlier coaching stint at Wigan.

"I've not seen the half-time thing yet, but I have heard about it," said Burn, who praised the immediate impact the coach made early in his career.

Burn recalled that Barry's elite potential was evident to the players through his meticulous session delivery and high energy levels.

"I was with Baz at Wigan and I thought that was one of his first coaching jobs," Burn said.

The defender remembered how the squad responded to the demanding environment created on the training pitch.

"You knew back then there was something special about the way he went about it when he was taking drills," Burn noted.

Burn explained that the high standards set by the coaching staff prevent complacency and require complete focus from the entire roster.
