Emma Raducanu is fighting to overcome a persistent right-foot injury ahead of her Wimbledon first-round match scheduled for Monday on No 1 Court.
The 30th seed is set to face Antonia Ruzic, but her preparation has been hampered after aggravating the injury during her recent finals run at the Queen's Club tournament.

Speaking at a rescheduled pre-tournament press conference on Sunday, Raducanu said she is determined to undergo intensive treatment with her team to be cleared for the match.
"I'm going to do everything with my team in terms of treatment, and that's the current plan. That's the plan right now, to play," the 23-year-old said.
The foot issue has troubled her since the end of the clay-court season, which followed a two-month absence due to a post-viral illness.
"A lot of players are probably managing things," Raducanu said.
"There are certain tournaments you're willing to do more for, put yourself on the line more for, risk more for.
For me, of course, Wimbledon is that."
She added: "I probably pushed beyond anything that I would for any other tournament. That's for a fact.
It's just to what extent."
The physical setback adds to earlier injury struggles this year, including an emotional first-round exit at the French Open in May where she dealt with the mental toll of successive physical ailments.
"It's been tricky," Raducanu said. "I had a great week at Queen's Club.
