The Toronto Raptors have signed free-agent forward Kyle Anderson to a one-year contract worth $3.9 million, the team announced Thursday, July 2, 2026.
The deal adds veteran depth to the Raptors' roster and reunites Anderson with a former teammate.

Reunion with Kawhi Leonard
Anderson previously played four seasons with the San Antonio Spurs alongside Kawhi Leonard, whom Toronto recently acquired in a trade with the Los Angeles Clippers.
The 32-year-old New York City native split the previous season among three teams.
He appeared in 43 total games for the Utah Jazz, Memphis Grizzlies, and Minnesota Timberwolves.

During that campaign, he averaged 6.2 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 2.9 assists in 19.8 minutes per game while shooting 53% from the field.
The upcoming season will mark Anderson's 13th year in the NBA.
He was selected 30th overall in the 2014 NBA Draft by San Antonio.
Over his 757-game career, which includes stints with the Golden State Warriors and Miami Heat, he holds career averages of 6.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game.

His career-high scoring average came during the 2020-21 season with Memphis, where he recorded 12.4 points per game.
