The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have launched a major offensive overhaul during training camp as they prepare to revitalize their diminished passing attack for the upcoming 2026 CFL season.
The restructuring centers on the high-profile acquisition of star free-agent receiver Tim White and the hiring of new offensive coordinator Tommy Condell to fix last year's seventh-ranked scoring offense.

According to team statistics, Winnipeg tied for the sixth-fewest passing touchdowns with 23 and ranked eighth in red-zone efficiency during their 10-8 season in 2025.
White and Condell Reunite
"I want to redefine the offence and get us to that top level in the passing game," said White.
White noted that the existing roster dynamics will allow him to smoothly integrate his specialized skillset into the lineup to help secure victories.
"With all the guys they have here, I'll be able to step into a situation where I can be myself, and I can put my ability on display to help this team win games," said White.
The wideout chose Winnipeg over league-wide interest specifically due to his extensive three-season history with Condell in Hamilton.
"Having Tommy there, knowing that I played with him and knowing the things that he could do with an offence, made it even more of a thing I wanted to be part of," said White.
Quarterback and Coach Praise
Quarterback Zach Collaros, who previously played under Condell in Hamilton, expressed immense satisfaction with the early results of training camp.
