Spain secured a spot in the World Cup round of 32 with a 1-0 victory over Uruguay in Guadalajara on Saturday, but the win came at a cost as key wingers Yéremy Pino and Nico Williams face injury concerns.
Pino is suspected to have a broken collarbone after a heavy fall during the physical match. He finished the game but later needed a sling on his arm.

Coach Luis de la Fuente described the Crystal Palace winger's performance as "heroic." Medical examinations are scheduled to determine the extent of the injuries.
"Yéremy has a fracture …" de la Fuente said, adding that Pino may miss the rest of the tournament.
Williams left the stadium limping after a tackle from Nicolás de la Cruz.
De la Fuente said the winger has "some discomfort" and the team will assess him the next day.
"We don't know [what Williams's injury is].

He has some small discomfort: it could be a muscle strain, it could be fatigue," de la Fuente said.
With Víctor Muñoz recovering from a calf issue and Lamine Yamal not yet at full fitness, Spain is short on specialist wingers.
De la Fuente acknowledged the situation: "We're getting a bit short on specialist wingers."
Possible Tactical Changes
The coaching staff is considering tactical adjustments for the knockout stages.
De la Fuente said the team won't change its ideas but may use different players with different characteristics.

"If we can't play with wingers, we'll play without wingers," he added.
