He stressed that OTAs, offseason training, and the time leading up to camp are crucial for preparation.
The "TNT" acronym reflects the group's core philosophy.
Hill, who recorded his third career interception and tied a career-high with 11 pass breakups last season, explained the focus.
"Just doing the things that really take no talent," Hill said.
He emphasized that mastering basic execution remains the highest priority amid a hectic schedule.
"That's the model that we kind of have. TNT takes no talent and really just have that approach throughout the entire offseason and training camp.
I feel like once you really kind of just microscope that, it'll kind of slow down," Hill said.

"Obviously, the season's hectic, but I'm just going back to the fundamentals. I think that's the most important thing," he added.
