Gudas Returns to Florida
Gudas, 36, previously played for the Panthers from 2020 to 2023 and was a member of the team that reached the 2023 Stanley Cup Final.
He served as Anaheim's captain for the past two seasons.
Last season, Gudas recorded 13 points, 67 penalty minutes, and 164 hits in 56 games while averaging a career-low 16:11 of ice time per game.

The trade further depletes Anaheim's right side of defense.
The Ducks previously traded John Carlson's rights to the Carolina Hurricanes on Saturday, and fellow pending UFA Jacob Trouba is expected to test free agency.

Greer, 28, set career highs last season with Florida, posting 17 goals, 15 assists, and 32 points in 78 games.
