Russian-appointed officials confirmed that the strikes heavily impacted regional energy networks and halted local transit systems.
The energy infrastructure outside Sevastopol initially sustained damage, causing an immediate power failure in the city.
The blackout subsequently expanded to encompass the entire Crimean peninsula, according to statements from the regional utility provider Krymenergo.
Emergency repair teams were deployed immediately across Crimea to restore electricity to the grid.
Local social facilities were forced to transition to backup generators to maintain operations during the widespread outage.

Further north, another drone strike targeted the Yaroslavnefteorgsintez refinery, also known as Slavneft-YANOS, located in Yaroslavl.
The independent Telegram channel Astra and Ukrainian monitoring group Exilenova+ reported smoke rising over the city, verified by witness images.
Yaroslavl regional authorities confirmed the drone attack took place but Governor Mikhail Yevrayev released no specific details regarding the consequences.
The incident caused vehicular traffic heading toward Moscow to be blocked for several hours.
The Yaroslavl facility stands as one of the largest oil-processing plants in Russia and has faced multiple previous drone incursions, including a strike in May.
