Porsche has disclosed its official salary details for the first time, revealing that nearly 40% of its workforce earns a six-figure income.

The disclosure came after a shareholder question at the company's annual general meeting.

The automaker employs 23,000 people, and 9,082 of them had a taxable gross income above €100,000 ($114,200) in 2025.

That places these employees in the top 10% of all workers in Germany, nearly double the national average gross salary of €54,066 ($61,700), including bonuses.

Top Earners and Executive Pay

Moving up the ladder, 201 Porsche employees earned over €300,000 ($342,500) in 2025, and 28 of those exceeded €500,000 ($570,700).

Only three staff members belong to the seven-figure club, drawing over €1 million ($1,141,600) a year.

These figures cover management tiers below the executive board, meaning the actual ceiling is higher.

Former Porsche CEO Oliver Blume received a compensation package worth €1.90 million ($2.17 million) in 2025, his final year with the brand.

He was also running Volkswagen at the time, so his total earnings were higher.

Porsche will disclose the 2026 pay for current CEO Michael Leiters in the next annual report.

The two highest-paid executives in 2025 were Head of Development Michael Steiner and Head of Production Albrecht Reimold, who earned €2.10 million ($2.40 million) and €2.05 million ($2.34 million) respectively, surpassing their former CEO.

Former CFO Lutz Meschke received €266,588 ($304,400) despite leaving in late February, plus a parting payout of over €10 million ($11.4 million) to buy out his contract until 2027.
