Donald Trump and his Republican allies are intensifying anti-communist rhetoric against Democrats, labeling them as communists following recent primary victories by democratic socialists in New York and other areas, according to The Guardian.

The administration is reviving historical political language to target liberal policies.

Senator Ted Cruz praised new savings accounts introduced by the administration, framing them as a strategy to turn every American into a capitalist.

Trump often merges democratic socialism with communism to exploit voter fears about Marxism. His recent statements have become more explicit.

“Communism is the exact opposite of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

It’s death, tyranny, and the pursuit of evil,” Trump said at Mount Rushmore during an address marking the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.

“The godless communist morality states that anything is justified to bring about inhuman visions … They don’t want good.

They don’t love God and they don’t want God.

They don’t love religion and they don’t want religion, and they won’t have it, but we will not let them win,” he added.

Despite the anti-communist messaging, the administration has implemented substantial government interventions in private industry during Trump’s second term.

Government Stakes in Private Industry

The U. S.

government currently holds a 9.9% stake in Intel Corporation, making it the largest individual shareholder after federal funds were redirected from the Chips Act.

The government also holds warrants to acquire an additional 5% of the firm.
