Coco Gauff secured her first career Wimbledon semifinal appearance after rallying for a comeback victory against Jessica Pegula on Tuesday.
The 22-year-old American overcame a difficult start to defeat the world number four with a 4-6, 6-3, 6-3 scoreline.

Gauff, the 2023 US Open and 2025 French Open champion, became the youngest player to reach the semifinals at all four Grand Slams since Maria Sharapova in 2007.
She also became the first woman in 30 years to reach the singles semifinals at Wimbledon by winning four consecutive three-set matches.
Despite committing 17 unforced errors and four double faults in the opening set, Gauff showcased her fighting spirit.
"I think a lot of people had me going out in the first or second round this tournament," joked Gauff afterwards.

The seventh seed reflected on her comfort level on Centre Court after previously failing to advance past the fourth round at the All England Club and suffering a first-round exit last year.
"After seven years playing in this tournament, it is the first time I've walked onto Centre Court and not felt nervous," Gauff added.
The victory keeps her on track for another major title, while Pegula was left to rue missed opportunities after failing to convert three break points early in the second set.
"So I don't know - am I becoming a veteran already?" Gauff questioned.
