The auction house will also handle the sale of Van der Most's industrial estate in Schuinesloot, where the entrepreneur originally built his empire as a scrap metal dealer.
The commercial buildings currently generate 700,000 euros in annual rental income.
"In that capacity, this will also be auctioned," said Dieteren.
While a precise valuation for the massive industrial complex has not been officially released, the auctioneer maintains high financial expectations for the bidding process.
"Naming an amount is difficult, but given all the real estate that is there, we assume it will be quite a few zeros," said Dieteren.
In addition to the industrial properties, Van der Most's modest childhood home along Hoogeveenseweg will go under the hammer, though his primary multi-million euro villa in Gorssel remains under a separate asset seizure by creditors.

The entrepreneur previously ranked among the wealthiest individuals in the Netherlands with a net worth once estimated at 75 million euros.
