Ebosele's exit follows recent changes involving Matty Campbell (Bionic) and Karenjeet Kaur Bains (Athena), who missed much of the previous series due to injuries.
A source told The Sun that while neither filmed for the current series, they could potentially return for the tour depending on their recovery.
Earlier this year, Jamie Bigg, known as Giant, also departed after informing producers about his relationship with an OnlyFans creator.
Bigg stated, "I made it clear that I was planning to go public with my relationship, including the fact my partner works as an OnlyFans creator, and shortly after that I was told I wouldn't be continuing on Gladiators."
Bigg expressed surprise at the outcome, saying, "It wasn't something I expected, especially given the commitment I've shown to the role."
He emphasized his commitment to honesty, adding, "I've always taken being in the public eye seriously, and I believe being a role model is about honesty as well as professionalism."
