Platform Enhancements
According to ExposeIQ, the platform analyzes case theories against multiple dimensions, including demographics, life experiences, social values, and implicit biases.
Licensed professionals perform human verification on all assessments and targeted Voir Dire questions generated by the system to maintain analytical accuracy.
Once a jury is empaneled, the platform constructs a Virtual Mirror Jury™ simulation mirroring the actual seated jurors to test key arguments and damages presentations.

“In employment cases, jurors often evaluate evidence through the lens of their own workplace experiences and deeply held views on fairness and accountability,” said Joseph Terp, Co-Founder and CEO of ExposeIQ.
“In real estate cases, jurors often interpret evidence through the lens of their own experiences with property ownership, tenancy, and financial transactions,” Terp added.
The litigation intelligence company designed these solutions to support more informed decision-making while preserving full professional judgment over final trial team choices.
